As a supplier we are well aware that our products often need further processing by you, our clients. Or they have to be fitted into a larger unit. We therefore ensure flawless quality. But we also make sure, as another priority, that the products are delivered on time. We hold virtually the entire standard programme in stock, or have them available at very short notice. Thanks to the modular design of our products we are able us to exercise tight control of the in-stock situation. The workflow in our production facility is monitored by a sophisticated planning system, which provides constant information on the status of an order and its progress. Possible bottlenecks are flagged in time, so nothing stands in the way of uninterrupted delivery. Of course our dealers have the standard products in stock, enabling quick delivery. Their stock levels are accurately maintained from a central stock warehouse. And in the case of special products, our linked computer system immediately mobilizes production. All product details are translated directly into production input (thanks to our 3-D design environment). In this way we can even supply special products at short notice. For relatively regular deliveries or deliveries of larger quantities, as far as possible we make logistical agreements that fit in with our operational management. So, delivery at a fixed frequency, supply on demand, delivery in which the different components necessary for a project are already clustered: everything is possible.
